Sarpsborg 08 midfielder Stanley Ihugba has been offered new
bumper deal that will see him sign the dotted line to till 2015 according to
the player himself.
The 23-year-old has remain one of the consistent players in
his team this season and every arrangement has been made by the club management
to offer him bumper deal extension but the talented midfielder refused to pen a
new deal, claiming that he has the mission of taking the club back to the
topflight and move to a bigger club.
"I am more mature in the game now," said Ihugba.
"I make more efforts for the others on the pitch, I am
aware of my improved form likewise everybody in my club and I wish to continue
like this so that my dream of taking Sarpsborg back to topflight will come
true.
“Sarpsborgs has offer me new deal, I mean bumper deal but I
don’t feel like staying in the club beyond this ongoing season as I am looking
towards a move to bigger club and my agent is currently well for me, so I don’t
need to rush myself. For now, the deal still there but we are still waiting to
see how it goes at the end of the day.
